If your pet's unwell, we do a thorough check. If necessary, we perform tests and prescribe medicines to make your pet better - and we always let you know about these costs in advance.

We have a flat fee of £60 for consultations with one of our vets. Our estimates include this fee, plus our prediction of any additional medication or treatment costs.

We use the smallest microchip available. All dogs and puppies need to be microchipped, and it allows you to reunite with your dog if they're lost.

We have a flat £31 microchipping fee with one of our registered veterinary nurses.

We're happy to write your dog or puppy's prescription, so you can buy medicines directly from your local pharmacy.

We typically book in the Stage 2 procedure for a month after Stage 1. The evidence suggests that, a month after cleaning, diseased teeth can have improved enough for us to reduce the number of extractions (and the cost of doing them).

If your dog is unwell, we may recommend blood tests. We have an extensive in-house diagnostic suite, so we usually get your dog's results on the same day. Sometimes we need to send tests away to a laboratory. If so, our vets will always tell you about the laboratory charge in advance.

Our full general blood screen for a dog costs £193. Sometimes we will need to do other, individual tests, or more complete panels.

To travel with your dog, some locations require an Animal Health Certificate. Our experienced vets are certified to produce these.

To get an Animal Health Certificate, your dog usually needs to have had an examination, a microchip and a rabies vaccination. These are priced separately.
