How does it work?

Our hubs have extended opening hours, and appointments available 7 days a week. If you contact us outside of our hub opening hours, you'll automatically be connected to our out-of-hours provider to ensure your pet has 24-hour access to veterinary care. They will assess your pet's health over the phone and recommend one of the following options:

  • An at-home visit, where a vet can come to your house to evaluate your pet's health.
  • A clinic visit, recommending that you bring your pet to them for an in-person assessment.
  • If your pet's condition is stable, you might be advised to wait to be seen by one of our vets at Hello Vet during regular hours.

When our hubs are closed, calls are automatically redirected to our trusted, local out-of-hours care partners. They can assess your pet’s needs over the phone and advise you whether to wait until regular hours to see a vet, bring your pet into their clinic, or arrange a vet visit at home. Where can I find your out-of-hours provider and how do I contact them?


If you call us outside of our regular opening hours, your call will automatically be redirected to our trusted out-of-hours partner.

If you get in touch during the day—by phone or WhatsApp—we’ll be happy to share their full contact details, including address and phone number.

Can I use a different out-of-hours provider?

You’re welcome to choose any provider you prefer. That said, we recommend our partner clinic as we have a close working relationship with them and can quickly share your pet’s medical history to help ensure continuity of care.

If my pet is hospitalised at Hello Vet, how do they get to the out-of-hours provider for overnight care?

If your pet requires overnight care, you’ll need to arrange transport from our clinic to the out-of-hours clinic. Our team will give you all the information you need to make this as smooth as possible.

Do they charge the same as Hello Vet?

No, their pricing is separate from ours. You’ll be able to discuss their fees directly with their team when you speak with them.
