Out of hours care
We are open until 8pm on weekdays and until 12:30pm weekends for routine consultations and emergency care. When we are closed, we partner with an out-of-hours provider to ensure your pet has access to veterinary care 24 hours a day. This means that if you call us outside of our opening hours, our phone lines will automatically redirect you to Veteris, our out-of-hours provider located in Shoreditch.
How does Veteris work?
When you call us, you’ll be connected with Veteris, who will assess your pet’s health as thoroughly as possible over the phone and recommend one of the following options. They may suggest an at-home visit, where a vet can come to your house to evaluate your pet’s health, or a clinic visit, recommending that you bring your pet to Veteris for an in-person assessment. If your pet’s condition is stable, they might advise waiting to be seen by one of our vets at Hello Vet during regular hours

Can I go to another out-of-hours provider?
We recommend going there given we have an established relationship, and can easily send your history across to them, but you can go to go to another out-of-hours provider if you prefer.
If my pet is currently hospitalised at Hello Vet, how does my pet get to Veteris for overnight care?
If your pet is hospitalised with us, you will need to arrange transport from our clinic to the Veteris clinic in Shoreditch for overnight care.
Does Veteris cost the same as Hello Vet?
Our prices differ from those of Veteris. You can discuss the specific costs with them when you’re on the phone.
