Every puppy is unique, and each family’s needs are different – so our approach to caring for puppies is flexible and tailored.
We offer every puppy a full course of vaccinations and microchipping, plus we recommend monthly visits for a treat and weigh-ins, helping build positive assoiciations with the vet early on.
Our approach to parasite treatments is based on your puppy's individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
With WhatsApp support, your clinical team is never more than a message away. No question is too small or silly, we’re always happy to help.
Help your new puppy thrive with regular check-ups from one of our registered vet nurses. We recommend monthly visits until your puppy is six months old to support their healthy growth and development.
Keeping your puppy's vaccinations up to date is essential for their health and helps protect other pets in the community.
All dogs need to be microchipped. A microchip is roughly the size of a grain of rice and is inserted between the shoulder blades. If your pet gets lost at any time during their life, the microchip can be read by veterinary practices and rehoming centres so you and your pet can be reunited.
Warmer months bring a higher risk of fleas, ticks, and other parasites. It’s a good idea to think about your puppy's protection. Preventive care is safer, easier, and more comfortable for your pet than treating an infestation later on. For many pets, flea & worming treatments form an essential part of routine healthcare.
The first few months of a puppy’s life are crucial to their growth and development, which is why it’s essential they receive a good quality, complete diet. When choosing food, make sure it is specifically formulated for puppies, as they require additional calories and nutrients. If you’re unsure which diet to choose or have any questions, we’re always happy to recommend suitable options in the clinic, over call or on WhatsApp.
We recommend bringing your puppy in from 8 weeks of age to be vaccinated for DHPPi + L4 (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and leptospirosis). They will need to return 28 days later for their second vaccination. A kennel cough vaccine can also be given at the second appointment.
Your puppy can begin socialising with other dogs about one week after their second vaccination.
This depends on your puppy’s size and breed. The food you choose should have a feeding guide on the packaging to help you determine the correct amount. If you’re unsure, you can always send us a message, and we’d be happy to discuss it over whatsapp.
If you notice fleas, please book an appointment with our vet. We will carefully check and weigh your puppy, and can provide an appropriate treatment.
